- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Orders are shipped using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight services, depending on item size and weight.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Times

Freight & Oversized Items
- Certain items may require freight shipping.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper delivery access.
- Missed deliveries or refused shipments may result in additional fees.
Incorrect Shipping Information
TRT Diesel Performance is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Return & Order Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of aftermarket and diesel performance parts:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
TRT Diesel Performance does not guarantee returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
Return Requests (Case-by-Case Basis)
In rare cases, a return may be considered at the sole discretion of the site owner.
If approved:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Approval of a return does not guarantee approval of future return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Installed or used items
- Electrical components
- Special-order or custom items
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items missing original packaging or showing signs of damage
Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correct vehicle fitment before placing an order.
TRT Diesel Performance is not responsible for incorrect orders due to fitment errors.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun
- Cancellation requests are subject to approval and may incur fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Customers must notify TRT Diesel Performance within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos of the item and packaging may be required
- Claims submitted outside this window may not be honored
